I have a passion for helping athletes reach their goals and enjoy sharing best practices of running. Over the years I’ve realised that tough runs don’t last, but tough runners do! You can achieve great things if you put your mind to it and any small changes you make in your running technique can go a long way in helping you achieve those goals.

After a few years of being a LiRF I qualified as CiRF in December 2022. I’ve found been a coach incredibly rewarding, its great to see members achieve their goals whatever they are. I’ll also gladly admit I’ve benefited from trying to practice what I preach in terms of important things like doing warm ups!
