Speed and Endurance session at Prospect Park
Meeting at ///stops.sunk.long (main car park)
You will be running ‘Up and overs’
Speed /shorter intervals
~250 m up hill @ 5-10 km pace
~250 m down hill @ recovery pace
repeat
Endurance /longer intervals
up and over and return ~ 1000 m @1/2 marathon pace
1 min rest
repeat
set will last 30-35 minutes+warmup/cool down
