Hills session on the lower streetlit section of Pincents Lane. Park at Sainsburys or Ikea (Dunelm closes at 8pm) and meet just round the corner (heading uphill) from Ikea – ///maker.proud.storms

This session is designed to help you practice powering up short sharp hills or overcoming tough parts of routes. It will work your alactic energy system.
30m jog
30m accelerate to your 90-95% effort pace
30m hold 90-95% effort pace
deaccelerate and slow jog recover back to start
Then you get a ~3 minute active recovery break around the recovery loop – keep moving!

Despite street lamps, we highly recommend you run with a high-viz and torch
