Thursday Training – Endurance session – Triangular Hills @ Prospect Park, RG30 2ND

The aim of this session is to improve your strength and endurance by running up and down a variety of hills in a triangular circuit.
You will run at 70% effort round the whole circuit, then recover by gently jogging round the whole circuit. Repeat until session is over.
Torch and hi-vis recommended.
