Thursday Training – Speed session – Triangular Hills @ Prospect Park, RG30 2ND

The aim of this session is to improve your strength by running up and down a variety of hills in a triangular circuit.
You will run at 85% effort, then recover, run at 85% effort, recover, repeat until session is over.
Torch and hi-vis recommended.
