Thursday Training – Speed Session – HIIT @ Calcot Recreation Ground
Aim of this session is to develop your alactic and lactic energy system through a High Intensity Interval Training session. (HIIT).
It will be a super workout so get running!
6 x 10 seconds with 15 seconds recovery – 75-85% effort
2 minutes rest
2 minutes rest
6 x 15 seconds with 20 seconds recovery – 85-90% effort
3 minutes rest
3 minutes rest
8 x 20 seconds with 30 seconds recovery – 90-95% effort
3 minutes rest
3 minutes rest
4 x 10 seconds with 60 seconds recovery – 100% effort
Finish with a recovery jog.
Training is taking place in the park on the green next to Sainsburys. There is free parking in the layby adjacent to to the park.
