Thursday Training – Speed Session – Circuits @ Linear Park, RG31 7AW
Athletes will take part in a mixture of different strength exercises and practice running over and between various spaced obstacles with either leg leading to develop balance including hurdles, cones, flying 30s.
Repeat each station until end of session – 30 mins approx.
Park at Beansheaf Community Centre car park and you’ll see Linear Park right in front where we will meet for the session.
