Thursday Training – Speed session – Running over obstacles @ TBC

Aim of the session is to develop balance with either leg leading when running over and in between obstacles .
Athletes will practice running over and in between various spaced obstacles continuously until we break half way for a 4 minute rest. Then we will resume again until the end of the session.
Despite street lamps, we still recommend you run with a torch.
