Thursday Training – Speed and Endurance sessions – Stoneham Close (off Cockney Hill)

Both sessions will take place at Stoneham Close just off Cockney Hill.
Speed: Running an approx. 270 m square loop, you will alternate between; downhill @ 5k pace, jog uphill @ 5k pace, jog on each side of the loop. Run for 15 min, 5 min break, run for 15 min
Endurance: Running a 700 m loop you will do pyramids:
Pace at between 10k and HM depending on preference
1 lap – 2 min break
2 laps – 3 min break
3 laps – 4 min break
2 laps – 3 min break
1 lap – 2 min break
Repeat until times up (35 min session)
Ample on street parking either on Stoneham Close or on Cockney Hill.
Despite street lamps, we highly recommend you run with a high-viz and torch.
