Speed and Endurance will team up for Oregon Circuits at Calcot Rec
Meet at ///gains.type.sprint (the corner of the field by Sainsburys)
You will jog between various positions on the field
At each position there will be a different fun fitness exercise such as pressups, star jumps or burpees
set will last 30-35 minutes + warm up and cool down
