Thursday Training – Speed Session – Beat your Distance @ Old Bath Road
Aim of this session is to beat your distance after every 3 minutes you run.
You will run a number of 200m – 250m laps approximately over a period of 3 minutes @ your 5k pace followed by 2 a minute active recovery.
There will be 6 or 7 sets in total.
We will meet at the Old Bath Road. There is free parking in front of the yellow barrier along each sides of the road.
