Thursday Training – Speed session – Continuous pace run @ Old Bath Road

Aim of the session is to continuously run maintaining the same pace for each lap.
Athletes will run continuously around the marked course for 5 minutes without losing their pace followed by 3 minutes recovery.
Despite street lights, we still recommend you run with a torch.
