Thursday Training – Speed session – HIIT @ Deacon Way
Aim of this session is to develop your alactic and lactic energy system.
It will be a super workout so get running!
6 x 10 seconds with 15 seconds recovery – 75-85% effort
2 minutes rest
6 x 15 seconds with 20 seconds recovery – 85-90% effort
3 minutes rest
8 x 20 seconds with 30 seconds recovery – 90-95% effort
8 x 20 seconds with 30 seconds recovery – 90-95% effort
3 minutes rest
2 x 10 seconds with 90 seconds recovery – 100% effort
Finnish with a recovery jog.
Parking is available at Waitrose and the session will take place in the side street behind the fence next the car park. Walk up to the front of Waitrose entrance and you will see the walk way to your left by the fence.
Despite street lights, we still recommend you run with a torch.
