Thursday Training – Speed session – 400m sprints @ Portman Road
Aim of the session is to maintain consistent effort during each 400m sprint.
Athletes will run 400m @ 5k pace, followed by 60 seconds of active recovery. Repeat until end of session.
Parking is available in front of access self storage or the road parallel on Wigmore Lane.
Despite street lights, we still recommend you run with a torch.
