Thursday Training – Speed session – Hills @ Prospect Park
Aim of the session is to maintain the same effort on each hill rep.
Athletes will run 250m uphill towards the mansion house, then recover running 250m downhill towards the bowling green. Then run 250m uphill towards the mansion house again, then recover running downhill towards the tennis courts. Repeat until end of session.
Despite street lights, we still recommend you run with a torch.
