Thursday Training – Speed session – 500m Scorpions @ Grafton Road

Purpose of the session is to demonstrate a clear acceleration/pace change in the final part of loop.
(1 lap is approx 500m)
400m at 5K pace
100m at faster pace (not full on sprint -‘end of race burst’ pace)
2 min rest
Repeat for approx 30 min
All sessions consist of a warm up, 30 – 35 minutes main session followed by a cool down.
