Thursday Training – Speed session – 200m reps @ Portman Road

Aim of the session is to maintain consistent pace during each 200m sprint.
Run 200m @ 5k pace followed by 200m active recovery. Repeat until end of session.
Parking is available in front of access self storage or the road parallel on Wigmore Lane.
Despite street lights, we still recommend you run with a torch.
