Thursday Training – Speed and Endurance session @ Calcot Recreation Ground

Athletes will take part in a mixture of different strength exercises including squat jumps, the plank, star jumps and practice running over and between various spaced obstacles with either leg leading to develop balance including hurdles, cones, flying 30s.
Repeat each station until end of session.
Free parking either at Sainsburys or in the layby by the park.
Meet at the SW corner of the Calcot Recreation Ground.
