Thursday Training – Endurance session @ Kensington Park

NEW VENUE! Postcode – RG30 2TG
This session will consist of sets of 750m, with rest periods between each repetition. A great workout for pacing control, endurance and cadence.
The aim of the session is to run at the same pace for every repetition (not to fade as the workout progresses).
Warm up
Sprint for 750m 8 out of 10 effort
Rest completely for 3 minutes
1 sprint + 1 rest = 1 REPETITION
REPEAT for a total of either 3/4/5/6 repetitions or when the coaches whistle is blown (whichever comes first).
