Thursday Training – HIIT @ Calcot Park
The purpose of this session is to develop your alactic and lactic energy system.
It will be a super workout so get running!!
6 x 10 seconds with 15 seconds recovery – 75-85% effort
6 x 15 seconds with 20 seconds recovery – 85-90% effort
8 x 20 seconds with 30 seconds recovery – 90-95% effort
2 x 10 seconds with 90 seconds recovery – 100% effort
Finnish with a recovery jog.
