Thursday Training – Kenyan Hills @ Prospect Park

The aim of this session is to improve your endurance and strength.
The session will consist of interval runs where you will run the same effort up and down the hill!
Meet where we normally meet for the summer handicap right by the car park as the session will be delivered on the field.
