Thursday Training – Flying 30s @ Prospect Park
This session will focus on accelerating to run at your maximum velocity and then decelerating from it. You will have a short recovery jog then repeat. It will train your alactic energy system – this is your explosive power, giving you quick bursts of energy. We will focus on maintaining good running form during acceleration, maximum velocity and deceleration.
Meet where we normally meet for the summer handicap right by the car park as the session will be delivered on the field.
