Thursday Training – Paarlauf Relays @Prospect Park

The aim of the session is to use effort and recovery to develop the lactic energy system.
Paarlauf means “pair running” and is a classic athletics session.
This will be a fun (and competitive) session in which everyone takes a turn to run as fast as they can while the other person jogs or walks back to the start for their recovery.
Meet where we normally meet for the summer handicap right by the car park as the session will be delivered on the field.
