Thursday Training – Hills @ Prospect Park

Speed session – Progressive 100m sprints at 5k pace plus 10 seconds faster during each 100m followed by 2 minutes recovery.
Endurance session – Running the hills below Mansion House at 10k pace in a figure of 8 route followed by 45 seconds recovery.
