Thursday Training – Hills @ Prospect Park, RG30 2ND
Meet at the main car park in Prospect Park at 19:00 for a 19:15 start.
Speed session – Run 250m at your 5k pace followed by 250m active recovery downhill.
Repeat untill whistle is blown.
Endurance session – Run 500m at your 10k pace followed by 500m active recovery.
Repeat until whistle is blown.
