Thursday Training – Bleep Test @ Prospect Park, RG30 2ND
Meet at the main car park in Prospect Park at 19:00 for a 19:15 start.
The bleep test is back due to popular demand! This will be an ideal opportunity to see how fit you all are now and at the end of the summer when we do another test to compare.
The bleep (also commonly referred to as the beep test, shuttle run and multi-stage fitness test) is one of the most common and widely practised endurance fitness assessments. The test is used by coaches to estimate an athletes VO2 max (maximum oxygen uptake). It will take you to your fitness limit!
We aim to carry out the test on a dry flat area and will split you into groups when we know numbers attending. You will get your results a couple of days after the test has taken place as they have to be worked out.
