Thursday Training – Sprint and endurance @ Portman Road, RG30 1EA

Speed session – Run 200m at your 5k pace followed by 200m active recovery.
The aim is to maintain the same pace during each sprint whilst focusing on your elbows driving backwards at 90 degrees.
Repeat until whistle is blown.
Endurance session – Run 800m at your 10k pace followed by 400m active recovery.
Repeat until whistle is blown.

The event is finished.
