Thursday Training – Endurance – Rolling Triangle Hills – Arthur Newbury Park
What to expect:
Running rolling hills builds incredible leg strength, aerobic capacity, and cardiovascular efficiency. To master rolling terrain, focus on effort over pace. Shorten your stride, maintain a high cadence going uphill, and use the downhills to recover rather than sprinting flat-out.
See attached image of the course. (Start at the yellow cross)

Location: Arthur Newbury Park, Reading RG31 6JH
Parking is free around the outside of the park, might be best to park at the Lower Armer road side as it is safer parking. We will meet at the lower part of the park at the yellow cross (Oak Tree Road side of the park)
Arther Newbury is a new venue for us to try, it will possibly have dogs in the park.
