Thursday Training – Endurance session – 3 Hills @ New Lane Hill

Purpose of the session is to build strength by running up hills.
Using 3 types of hill, we will run for a period of time on each one to learn the technique for running different styles of hill.
Running up, running down and maintaining speed.
Meeting at Haywood Way, just off New Lane Hill / Hogarth Avenue.
