Warm up, drills
Run 200m at 10k pace (at start & recovery at end of each lap)
Run 100m at 5k pace
Run 100m at 5k pace but 10 seconds faster
Run 100m at 5k pace
Repeat 30-35 minutes
Cool down and stretch
