Speed session at Prospect Park
Meeting at ///stops.sunk.long (main car park)
You will be running ‘meet and retreats’
running in pairs or threes, you will run out along a long loop (~2 km), meet your partner hopefully near the middle and then return to the start. After a few min break you will go again in the other direction.
~5 km pace
set will last 30-35 minutes
