Prospect Park 300 m relay reps
Meet in the car park off Liebenrood Rd ///forget.roof.salt
We will be running on the path between the Bath Rd and the Car Park
Teams of 3 – 2 starting at the bottom, 1 at the top.
You will be running uphill or downhill at your 3 k pace (5 K pace minus ~20 sec/mile)
You will then get your recovery while the other two run, alternating between efforts running up and running down.
If the numbers don’t divide nicely people can pair up (so 4 people in a 3) or we can do teams of 4.
You will run for 30-35 min.
Despite street lamps, we highly recommend you run with a high-viz and torch
