Thursday Training – Endurance – Triangle Rolling Hills – Arthur Newbury Park
What to expect:
I am hoping we will still have enough light but bring lights!
Running rolling hills builds incredible leg strength, aerobic capacity, and cardiovascular efficiency. To master rolling terrain, focus on effort over pace. Shorten your stride, maintain a high cadence going uphill, and use the downhills to recover rather than sprinting flat-out.
Up Hills will be our effort – Red arrows

Arthur Newbury is a new venue for us to use, it will possibly have dogs in the park.
