CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME HEAT
Coach Jo and I are sorry to say we will be cancelling the Oregon Circuit training session due to the extreme weather warning that is in place
If we can reschedule and fit another in before it is dark at nights we will do, else these strength sessions will be back next spring!!
