Tuesday Social Run – Tilehurst

Normal Location: Tilehurst Community Hall – RG30 4RN

Group runs based on speed – there is a group for everyone.

Meet up at  7pm and Run departs at 7.20pm

No more than 1 hour run

In line with our risk assessments we strongly recommend that you take appropriate steps to Be Safe, Be Seen when taking part in club activities after dark/in poor light. At a minimum you should be wearing high-viz or light coloured clothing ideally with retro-reflective features to maximize your visibility to others. A chest or head torch is recommended to see hazards in poorly lit areas but should be seen as a compliment to not a replacement for high visibility clothing.
