Couch to 5K

New to running or had a break from it? Lost your running mojo and not sure how to kick start it? Want to improve your health and fitness? Then look no further and come and join us! 

Join Our Couch to 5k Program

Here Our Couch to 5k program is perfect for those new to running or looking to get back into it. Over 9 weeks, you’ll gradually build your endurance to complete a 5km run.

Sessions are held every Tuesday at 7pm and Thursday at 7:15pm at Tilehurst Community Centre.

You’ll also have a third run to complete each week at your convenience. Join us and take the first step towards a healthier, fitter you!

It will involve sessions run by our club leaders who are EA LiRF qualified every Tuesday at 7pm and Thursday at 7.15pm.  You will also have a 3rd run to complete each week at a time that is convenient to you

The sessions will take place at Tilehurst Community Centre, in front of Co-op, 21 The Triangle, Tilehurst, RG30 4RN.

There is free parking at 26 Walnut Way, Reading RG30 4TQ.
