The Welfare Team helps ensure everyone can enjoy the club in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. We are a first point of contact if anyone has a concern about wellbeing, safeguarding or behaviour, and can signpost members to appropriate help or next steps. We also promote good practice across the club and work with coaches and volunteers to respond to issues promptly and sensitively.
